Biography

Hello, my name is Non Tang. I was born in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand. When I was 11 years old, I moved to Dallas, Texas, and my passion for food was ignited by the tantalizing sights of American burgers and delectable pizzas in the restaurants my family frequented. My culinary adventure began early with my first job at Banana Leaf Thai Cuisine, which is a family-owned restaurant owned by my uncle and auntie. The restaurant has a rich legacy spanning over 34 years.

Over the last 16 years, I have matured in the dynamic world of the restaurant industry and now reside in Denver, Colorado. I am at the helm of two innovative restaurant concepts under Aloy Concepts and take pride in my role as a part-owner of Aloy Thai Eatery. While my daily routine is steeped in the enjoyment of Thai cuisine, my palate is ever-curious, constantly seeking out new flavors and culinary experiences.

I believe that discovering food is an exhilarating journey of exploration. As a successful business owner and operator, I have honed an innate ability to captivate the essence of any dish, transforming it into a visual feast that appeals to all who behold it.

I am acutely aware of the challenges that come with the demanding tasks of marketing and social media management, especially under the pressure and time constraints that our industry faces. Driven by a dream to elevate Thai cuisine and transform the perception of Thai food from a once-a-month indulgence to a daily delight, I am committed to sharing my love for Thai culinary excellence with the community in Denver and beyond as we continue to expand.

My mission is to not only serve delicious meals but also to weave the rich tapestry of Thai culture into the fabric of everyday dining experiences, one plate at a time.

Dealing with the real struggle of restaurant owners who pour their heart into their places but still find it hard to get more folks coming through the door, I'm all in to help close that gap. My goal? To boost their online presence and share their amazing stories in a way that really hits home with potential customers. I'm here to ramp up their brands with some smart advertising and engaging social media moves, making sure it's not just about serving meals but also about expanding into catering, collaborations, and anything else that can grow their business.
